Shipping Policy

• Depending upon the location, the product is delivered to you in 3-6 workings days after it has been dispatched from our warehouse.
• Free shipping is available on all products, subject to a minimum order value.

Cash On Delivery Policy

As per the Cash on Delivery policy:

• To avail C-O-D Service, all items in the cart should be applicable for C-O-D.
• C-O-D is applicable on a minimum sale value of Rs. 0 and maximum of Rs. 5,000 only.
• Pin code provided for Cash on Delivery should be in the serviceable area. If not, any online payment mode needs to be used.
• You cannot open the box without making the payment at the time of delivery.
• If the product is open, do not accept the order.
• No credit/debit cards are accepted in Cash on Delivery.

Return Policy

• Return of the items purchased from Trendsdesigner, shall be allowed within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided the product is in its original and saleable condition with original invoice.
• We return only if you have received a damaged / defective product.
• If you have changed your mind or placed a wrong order, we will not accept the return.
