• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders – For COD orders, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer returns or refunds due to the high expense involved in this payment method. Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the product received is defective. To process a return or exchange for a defective product, we require an opening video as proof.
• Return and Exchange Conditions – We accept returns or exchanges only for defective products. To initiate this process, kindly provide an opening video demonstrating the product’s defect within 7 days of receipt.
• Cancellation Policy – For both COD and prepaid orders, cancellation requests must be made before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated.
